Piotr Sadownik, partner heading the litigation & arbitration, infrastructure, public law, public procurement and IP/IT practices at Gide Warsaw.
He advises leading Polish and foreign companies from the mining, metallurgical, oil and gas, energy, telecommunications and media sectors, as well as those in banking and finance, automotive, real estate, food and luxury goods. He represents clients in proceedings before arbitration courts, common courts and the Supreme Court, as well as before administrative bodies, administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court.
For many years, he has been supporting private investors at all stages of complex infrastructure projects, such as obtaining financing for road investments.
He represents both contracting authorities and contractors in the course of all types of proceedings awarding public procurement contracts.
He specialises in intellectual property law and new technologies. He advises clients on issues concerning copyright law, patent law, the protection of trade marks, designs, models and geographical indications, as well as on the protection of personal data and media & telecommunications.
