Aleksandra Kobylińska

Aleksandra Kobylińska-Szopińska is an Associate in the Gide's "real estate" practice in Warsaw. She advises clients operating on residential, office, retail, warehouse, hotel and manufacturing markets.

She specialises in structuring and negotiating real estate transactions, including asset deals and share deals. She conducts real estate due diligence examinations for various sorts of transactions and prepares and negotiates office, warehouse, hotel and production plants lease agreements. Aleksandra also supports clients on various zoning, construction and other legal aspects of the development process and the operation of the existing real estate projects.

Among other things, Aleksandra has recently advised BPI Real Estate on the acquisition of a prime property in the very centre of Warsaw, Redkom Development in the forward sale of a retail park in Bielsko-Biała, and a major developer in Poland in acquisition of a new office project with a potential to convert it to a residential project. She also provides ongoing advice to Yareal Polska, B&B Hotels Polska, MNK Partners, OKAM and BNP Paribas Bank Polska on various real estate projects in Poland.

Aleksandra is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Warsaw University. She was admitted to the Warsaw Bar in 2020.
