A tech lawyer with 25 years of experience advising the Entertainment & Leisure and Technology sectors. Her participation on Boards of Directors, both in national and international companies, has given her a 360-degree cross-functional perspective that directly influences her approach to proposing solutions and addressing legal challenges.
For the past seven years, she has been actively involved in Artificial Intelligence and technology projects, while continuing to focus on international co-productions, financial advising for audiovisual productions, content distribution, and the protection of intellectual and industrial property.

Carlos Rivadulla Oliva: Partner at Auren MEDIA & TECHNOLOGY Department, with over 25 years of experience in intellectual property, digital law, AI and technology, in both national and cross-border matters.
His practice focuses on copyright, trade secrets, software licensing and AI regulation, advising leading multinational clients across technology, fashion, retail, travel and financial services sectors.
He trained at Columbia Law School (2003–2004, LLM) and previously practised at Clifford Chance and ECIJA before joining Auren.
He has acted before the EUIPO, national courts and the Court of Justice of the EU in relevant IP cases.
He has acted in several of the most high-profile intellectual property disputes in Spain, notably VEGAP v. Mango, a landmark case concerning copyright infringement of works by celebrated Spanish artists in the context of NFTs.
María Negro Carbonero: Manager of the Media and Tech department of AUREN, with more than nine years of experience in the area of intellectual and industrial property, from different perspectives of the business world.
Her experience prior to joining Auren includes her participation as a lawyer at Clarke Modet & Co and PONS IP, as an international advisor in intellectual property and technology matters. She has also worked as in-house counsel at RECLAMADOR.ES, a leading legaltech company in Spain, as head of the technology and intellectual property legal area.
