Practice Areas

Auren’s Capital Markets & Banking practice, though not yet ranked, has rapidly positioned itself as a key player in the Spanish legal market. Under the leadership of Ramón Ruiz de la Torre — a renowned expert with prior rankings in this directory through his work at Ramón & Cajal, Linklaters Madrid, ONTIER and Martínez-Echevarría — the department is experiencing exceptional growth, client recognition and market impact.

A full-service, cross-border practice

The team offers end-to-end advisory in capital markets and banking, including corporate finance, governance of listed companies, acquisition finance and group restructuring. As part of a multidisciplinary firm, the department is well-positioned to support clients across multiple sectors and jurisdictions, regularly acting on complex cross-border mandates.

High-calibre clients & personalised service

Auren is known for its deep technical expertise, hands-on partner involvement, and a bespoke approach to each client. This formula has enabled the firm to build long-standing relationships with key players across the Spanish and Portuguese markets, many of whom rely on Auren as their go-to legal counsel.
