Career
He joined Auren in September 2024, coming from Martínez-Echevarría Abogados. He is a senior partner in the Capital Markets, Banking, and Finance departments, and also practices in the areas of Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions.
He has over 25 years of experience at top-tier law firms such as Linklaters, Ramón y Cajal, ONTIER, and Martínez-Echevarría. Throughout his career, he has advised on complex capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), capital increases, debt issuances, mergers and acquisitions of publicly traded companies, and privatization processes.
He has had the privilege of working with leading companies such as Banco Santander, BBVA, INDITEX, OHL, Jazztel, Gas Natural, Bankia, Iberdrola Renovables, CINTRA, FADESA, Criteria Caixa Corp, EDP Renováveis, Renta 4, Bolsas y Mercados Españoles, and Clínica Baviera, among others.
In recent years, he has participated in more than a dozen transactions related to FONREC.
