Some of the companies he has advised in his career including Banco Santander, BBVA, INDITEX, OHL, Jazztel, Gas Natural, Bankia, Iberdrola Renovables, CINTRA, FADESA, Criteria Caixa Corp, EDP Renováveis, Renta 4, Bolsas y Mercados Españoles or Clínica Bavaria. He also leads the Banking and Finance practice of the Madrid office and over the last twelve months has participated in more than 12 rescue transactions of the Kingdom of Spain FONREC – 1 billion Aid fund managed by COFIDES.
