Pierre Pettersson is a partner and specializes mainly in Insolvency & Restructuring and has extensive experience of corporate restructurings, distressed debt and workouts as well as liquidations (insolvent and solvent). Pierre and the Cirio Insolvency & Restructuring team handle both domestic and cross-border insolvencies and are regularly retained in complex and high-profile cases, both acting for creditors and other stakeholders and taking appointments by the courts as administrator/trustee in restructurings and bankruptcies.

He is also well experienced in related litigation and dispute resolution, and regularly appears before the court. Moreover, he assists clients and financial institutions in various financing and security arrangements as well as advice on banking and finance regulatory matters.
