Jörgen heads Cirio’s Energy group. Much of his work involves M&A, corporate law, contracts and infrastructure/energy transactions. Jörgen has worked on a large number of infrastructure and energy projects, and has extensive experience of railway projects, planning, procurement, financing, construction and the operation of wind farms, as well as the purchase/sale of energy companies.

Jörgen has the last 15 years been focusing on energy transactions and energy assets and has advised and continue to advise developers, EPC providers and investors on many of the largest wind projects in the Nordics.

Jörgen is also ranked in the Legal Power List 2020, as one of the lawyers at the leading edge of the Wind Industry.
