Piero Biasini manages your transactions from A to Z.

Piero practices real estate law and financing. He acts on behalf of real estate developers, investors, landlords and tenants with respect to the acquisition and disposition of real properties in and outside Québec, and assists them with leasing matters and other real estate transactions. As such, he is involved in all aspects of a transaction, including the negotiation, review and drafting of agreements.

Piero also advises lending institutions, banks and borrowers on various secured and unsecured financing arrangements. His expertise extends to matters involving the establishment of security on personal and real property, syndicated and cross-border loans, project financing, construction loans and asset-based lending.
