Philippa (she/her) is a personal injury solicitor with a specialism in product liability and consumer law cases. She represents clients and groups who have been injured as a result of defective or unsafe products and premises. She also represents families at inquests where defective products have caused deaths.

Philippa has experience of claims involving products such as gas cannisters, white goods, clinical trials, bicycles, machinery & tools, and medical products including mesh. She also represents clients who have been injured as visitors on unsafe premises.

Philippa is known for bringing novel claims against online marketplaces.

Philippa’s previous experience in mental health law and clinical negligence law provides her with a detailed and substantial knowledge of physical and psychiatric injuries.

Philippa works on cases involving children who have sadly died in nursery settings due to choking incidents.
