Philipp Jehle

Dr Philipp Jehle is a partner at NEUWERK and advises clients across the full spectrum of real estate law. His practice focuses on real estate transactions, project developments, asset and investment management (including commercial leases) as well as urban development and major projects. He regularly acts for national and international investors, project developers, asset and investment managers and public-sector clients.

Philipp’s recent work includes advising Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield on the development and leasing of Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier, the centrepiece of Hamburg’s HafenCity and one of Europe’s largest inner-city project developments. He has also advised Universal-Investment on the acquisition of a portfolio of 23 retail and wholesale properties in Germany, and Garbe Group on the acquisition, development and leasing of a large-scale logistics asset near Berlin. His experience further includes sale-and-leaseback transactions for cross-border real estate portfolios and headquarters leasing mandates.
