Christin Motazedi is Senior Associate in NEUWERK's Corporate/M&A practice. She advises private equity investors, family offices, founders and other corporate players on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, growth investments and corporate reorganisations, focusing on mid-market transactions.
She regularly advises on private equity investments, platform acquisitions, buy-and-build strategies, founder exits, shareholder arrangements and strategic partnerships. Her practice covers the entire transaction lifecycle, including structuring, negotiation, execution and post-closing matters.
Her recent experience includes advising Family Trust Investor on the TerraBrix platform, KPS Capital Partners on the acquisition of Sport Group and Quantum on a joint venture relating to the acquisition and redevelopment of the historic Holsten Areal in Hamburg. She has further advised on numerous private equity transactions involving founder reinvestments, rollover structures and growth-oriented partnership models, including the transactions involving Vignold Group and Finc3 Marketing Group.
Clients appreciate her commercially minded approach, pragmatic transaction management and solution-oriented negotiation style. She studied law at Bucerius Law School and the University of Sydney and gained professional experience at Freshfields, Hogan Lovells and DLA Piper.
