Philipp Girardet, Chair of the European Competition Practice Group, advises on a broad range of EU and UK competition law issues, including complex merger and cartel matters. Philipp also has an active competition compliance and competition litigation practice across a wide spectrum of industry sectors, including e-commerce, financial services, consumer goods, pharma, telecoms and transport.
