Philip Murphy graduated from University College Dublin (BCL) in 2000 and qualified in 2004. Philip became a Partner at McCann FitzGerald LLP in 2012 in the Finance Group with particular expertise in relation to acquisition finance, property finance, construction finance and syndicated lending and regularly acts as lead counsel in numerous multi-jurisdiction transactions. He has a particular expertise in lending into QIAIF structures and also has extensive experience in relation to re-structuring, workouts and pre-enforcement strategies for lenders. Philip has acted for a number of purchasers, sellers and funders on a variety of loan portfolios sales.
