Qualified 2004. Graduate of University College Dublin (BCL). Philip is a partner in our Finance Group with particular expertise in relation to acquisition finance, property finance, construction finance and syndicated lending and regularly acts as lead counsel in numerous multi-jurisdiction transactions. He has a particular expertise in lending into QIAIF structures and also has extensive experience in relation to re-structuring, workouts and pre-enforcement strategies for lenders. Philip has acted for a number of purchasers, sellers and funders on a variety of loan portfolios sales.
