Hilary Marren graduated from Trinity College Dublin (BA Mod Legal Science) and qualified in 1990. She has been a Partner at McCann FitzGerald LLP since 1997. Hilary specialises in banking and financing work, with a particular emphasis on cross-border asset financing. She acts for many operating lessors and financiers in the aviation industry and has significant experience of diverse international aviation transactions including aviation-related joint ventures, cross-border financings, portfolio acquisitions and portfolio securitisations. Hilary has also advised clients in connection with the acquisition and disposal of operating leasing companies.
