Petr Vošahlík is a Partner at BBH focusing on dispute resolution agenda, both before general courts and national and international arbitration tribunals. Mr. Vošahlík also specializes in private international law, administrative law and criminal defense issues and acts as an arbitrator in commercial arbitration cases, mainly in proceedings before the Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce of the Czech Republic and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic, as well as according to the ICC, VIAC and DIS rules.
