Ivana Halamová Dobíšková

Ivana specialises in competition, regulatory and EU law. Her previous experience included working with another leading law firm in Brussels and in the Legal Service of the European Commission. Ivana has an extensive experience with merger clearance procedures before both the European Commission and the Czech Competition Authority, as well as, abuse of dominance and restrictive agreements investigations. She assists an extensive list of clients from various sectors, including energy, telecommunications, and manufacturing with wide-ranging competition law matters. Ivana is a well-established and experienced practitioner who operates on both transactional and contentious competition matters in the Czech Republic as well as the wider region.
