Before founding RESOLV, Petr worked as the head of the insolvency and restructuring practice at the Czech office of Allen & Overy for three years. He was a partner responsible for insolvency and litigation (including arbitration) at Havel & Partners until 2020, and earlier in his career, he worked at Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
