Petr has a strong track record in litigation and arbitration, successfully representing clients in intricate cases involving EPC contracts, raw material supply, corporate disputes, and more. Before founding RESOLV, Petr worked as the head of the insolvency and restructuring practice at the Czech office of Allen & Overy for three years. He was a partner responsible for insolvency and litigation (including arbitration) at Havel & Partners until 2020, and earlier in his career, he worked at Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Petr’s unparalleled expertise and dedication make him an invaluable asset to RESOLV, where he continues to guide clients through the most challenging legal landscapes.
