As a lawyer and tax lawyer, I am specialized in setting up corporate structures for foreign investors or Dutch-based internationally operating groups. I have a special focus on Northeast, Central and Eastern Europe. Also, I have a lot of experience with US, Canadian and Asian groups.
My expertise is assisting internationally operating groups with starting and developing (cross-border) activities and various M&A transactions. I advise multinationals, listed companies and SME’s.
I obtained a degree in tax law from Leiden University in 2001 and in history from Radboud University Nijmegen in 1996. After working at a midsized international law firm for more than two decades, including as a full partner, I joined DayOne Legal + Tax in 2025 with my team and clients.
