Over his 25-year career, he has advised many of the most prominent pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies in the healthcare industry.

Pete is recognized internationally for his leadership in the life sciences industry. He has led more than 75 IPOs for life sciences and technology companies. He also regularly advises companies on mergers and acquisitions transactions. In addition, he handles private and public financing transactions for his clients. Pete has represented all of the major US investment banks as underwriter’s counsel.
