Career

Peter J. Moser is a founding partner of HRW and is the firm’s current managing partner. Peter has represented employers for 30 years in the areas of traditional labor law, employment law, and related litigation. He is an adjunct professor at Boston University School of Law and previously served as an adjunct professor at Boston College. Peter has made several television appearances as a legal expert on GBH’s Greater Boston, as well as television appearances on Fox25 News, WCVB and WBZ, and he has been quoted in the Boston Globe, the Boston Herald, WGBH radio, and Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, among other outlets. Peter has served for many years on the editorial board of Bender’s Labor and Employment Bulletin, a monthly publication of LexisNexis, and he is a frequent contributor. In addition to being listed in U.S. News and World Report’s Best Lawyers in America and receiving recognition by Massachusetts Super Lawyers since 2009, Peter was inducted in 2023 as a Fellow into the College of Labor and Employment lawyers, a non-profit professional association honoring leading labor and employment lawyers nationwide.
