Peter specialises in employment law. He has a broad practice acting for both employers and employees. He has acted for many multinational companies. He has undertaken complex Discrimination, Equal Pay Act, Transfer of Undertaking and Redundancy cases. He has appeared in all forums, including employment tribunals, employment appeal tribunals, the Inner House of the Court of Session and the House of Lords as was. He has acted in judicial mediations and appeared at Central Arbitration Committee hearings. Most recently he has been instructed in cases involving "whistleblowing” and a series of disability, religious and sex discrimination claims all of which he has successfully conducted.
