Pervinder is head of the national Private Capital group.
Pervinder provides trusts and tax planning advice to high net worth individuals (including advising on the creation and restructuring of trusts). She has advised clients in this area for over 25 years having been involved in a range of matters including complex variation of trust applications and tax and succession planning for owner managed businesses. She regularly advises trustees on their duties and liability issues and provides advice to numerous high net worth and ultra high net worth clients on the terms of their trusts, Will drafting and advice on trust formation.
She is a trustee of numerous family trusts and enjoys working closely with family members and other professional advisors. Pervinder is also a recognised legal expert in charity law and acts as a charity trustee.
Pervinder joined Addleshaw Goddard in 1994. She was promoted to the role of Legal Director in 2004 and became a partner in 2008.
