Pere joined CHEVEZ in 2018 as Partner and head of the Madrid office, leading the Firm’s expansion and its international strategy across Europe and Latin America. With a strong commercial vision and deep expertise gained from more than 25 years of experience in Spanish and international taxation, he also leads the Firm’s Latin American practice, working closely with leading independent firms across the region.

Pere has developed successful investment structures designed to maximize returns and minimize risks for investors, entrepreneurs, and fund managers in a globalized world. His expertise in investment advisory, both in the dynamic Spanish market and the vibrant Latin American region, makes him a reference in his field.

In addition to his outstanding work advising Hedge Funds and Private Equity funds, Pere is renowned for his expertise in financing structures and transnational investments, as well as for his solid track record in the design and planning of real estate investments and innovative financial instruments. His strategic approach and ability to identify unique opportunities distinguish him as a leader in his sector.

He also advises a large portfolio of national and international clients, advising high net-worth individuals and families, and has regularly engaged with government agencies on critical issues such as anti-money laundering and foreign investment regulation.

His commitment to excellence earned him the TTN-Network Award in 2004 and a BNA Bloomberg certificate for his publications.

Besides his notable work as an advisor, Pere is a frequent speaker at legal conferences, where he shares his knowledge and expertise in tax law.
