Eduardo joined the Firm in 2002 and became Partner in 2013; he is the leader of the New York office of the Firm.

He focuses his practice on complex solutions for Mexican entities and non-residents investing in Mexico, as well as on private client solutions and wealth management.

Also, he has expertise in tax strategies and restructuring both for individuals and corporations (Mexican and non-Mexican residents); participation in M&A transactions and infrastructure project teams; seeking resolutions from the Mexican tax authorities; participation in IPO´s; and international tax planning.
