Pedro Pinto

Pedro is a founding partner of pbbr and coordinates the Real Estate area, also dedicating himself to Commercial and Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions. With over 27 years of experience, he has in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, regularly advising national and international investors, developers and financial institutions on complex transactions, with a focus on structuring, financing and regulatory issues.

He plays a central role in the strategic management of high-value projects, including urban regeneration, offices, retail, tourism, logistics platforms and mixed-use projects. He is recognised for his practical approach and strategic vision, and is pbbr's main contact for Meritas, the prestigious global alliance of independent law firms, where he actively promotes the firm's international collaboration.
