Pedro Martini’s practice focuses on arbitration and litigation matters, involving complex, cross-border issues.
Pedro has extensive experience in a variety of M&A, corporate and private equity disputes, in arbitrations administered by international institutions, as well as in New York courts and the Delaware Court of Chancery. He has also represented companies and individuals in governmental investigations and court proceedings in connection with anti-bribery and corruption matters.
Before joining Cleary Gottlieb in 2015, Pedro practiced arbitration at a Brazilian law firm. He holds an LL.M. by the University of California, Berkeley (2015) and an LL.B. by the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2011).
