Juan Giráldez works on cross-border corporate finance and business transactions in Brazil and Latin America more broadly and has worked on many of the most significant capital markets, cross-border M&A and corporate finance transactions in the region. Juan’s capital markets practice covers a broad range of transactions, including high-yield debt offerings, IPOs and liability management, and has worked on numerous debt and equity financings involving Brazilian and Latin American companies. In M&A, he has advised buyers and sellers in both public and private M&A transactions, including many complex multi-country transactions across the region. Clients also rely on Juan’s expertise in a number of other corporate areas, including corporate governance advice and shareholder disputes.
