Career

He holds a master's degree in Law and State from the Faculty of Law of the University of Brasília (UnB), a bachelor's degree in Law from the same institution and a doctorate from the University of São Paulo (USP) in Criminal Procedure.

He is a professor of Criminal Law at the Brasília Law School of the Institute of Public Law (IDP) and was a substitute professor of Criminal Procedure at the University of Brasília (UnB).

He is a researcher at the Candango Criminology Group at the University of Brasília (UnB).

He was awarded the degree of High Distinction of the Order of Judicial Merit of the Federal District and Territories (2012).
