Jesús Conde

Jesús Conde has specialized in projects of restructuring, negotiation and execution of international real estate transactions, handling civil, commercial, planning and administrative aspects of matters such as auction sales and sale & lease back transactions of industrial and commercial premises. He has also focused on office and retail complex leases and forward funding agreements.

Jesús joined the firm as partner in the Real Estate Department in 2016 after seven years as a partner at the Real Estate Department of Baker McKenzie. He started his professional career as an associate at Uría Menéndez (1996-1999) where he worked in the corporate, real estate and administrative areas. He also worked as a senior associate of the Real Estate Department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (1999-2009).
