Paweł Piotrowski

Paweł Piotrowski, Co-Head of the Capital Markets Practice at Greenberg Traurig's Warsaw office, is one of Poland’s most active equity capital markets practitioners. With over 20 years' experience, he has played a leading role in some of the largest and most complex IPOs, secondary offerings and accelerated bookbuildings on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, representing both issuers and global investment banks. He has advised on ECM transactions with an aggregate value exceeding PLN 30 billion, including landmark offerings for clients in the technology, e-commerce, retail, healthcare and financial services sectors. Paweł has also extensive experience in both public and private M&A, including tender offers, squeeze-outs and delistings, as well as private equity transactions, ranging from platform acquisitions to complex PE exits via IPO.
