Pavol Poláček

Practice Areas

Pavol specializes in energy, litigation and real estate. He is responsible for leading key transactions and providing strategic advice on process set-up and risk management. He represents clients before Slovak courts and arbitration tribunals and advises them on appropriate litigation strategy. Pavol has advised energy clients on numerous regulatory issues and assisted in preparation of energy legislation. He speaks English and French fluently.

Founding partner at Poláček & Partners (since 2013). Previously, he worked at renowned law firms in Bratislava, Paris and Seoul.
