It has extensive experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of complex contractual documentation in the field of real estate, development and construction (purchase contracts, works contracts, lease agreements, etc.), including contracts in accordance with international FIDIC standards, in addition to regularly performing real estate due diligence.
