Paulo Fernando Campana Filho

Paulo has 22 years of experience, with extensive expertise in both court and out-of-court matters. For over a decade, he has advised debtors, creditors, and investors in debt restructuring, as well as in the investment and acquisition of distressed companies or assets, handling high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions.

Before founding Campana Pacca Advogados, Paulo was a partner at Veirano Advogados, Cascione Advogados, and Felsberg Advogados. He holds an LLB (2003) and a PhD (2013) from Universidade de São Paulo (USP), as well as an LLM (2007) from the Faculdade de Direito of the Universidade de Coimbra (UC).

A founding member of TMA Brasil, Paulo actively participates in several of its committees and is also a member of INSOL International and IBR. He has taken part in next-generation leadership programmes of the International Insolvency Institute (III) and the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ). Additionally, he is a speaker, book coordinator, and author of articles on insolvency and restructuring, particularly focusing on international aspects.
