Career
Paula is an experienced lawyer with over 20 years of experience in the real estate practice. She has extensive knowledge and understanding of the different real estate activities that have been developed in Spain and Europe, regarding promotion, construction, and investment.
She has wide experience in legal advice to national and international companies and family business groups. Also, she has advised in all types of real estate transactions and investment/divestment processes of sale & lease-back operations, turnkey sales, establishment of joint ventures, etc., as well as in the due diligence of real estate assets, such as hotels, office buildings, housing, lands, golf courses, building complexes, among others.
Moreover, Paula has vast experience advising on real estate promotion and construction, as well as in the establishment of real estate complexes and the development of systems for accrediting the quality of legal processes and compliance with legal requirements in real estate promotions.
Paula joined Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa in 2023 as Partner. Previously, she was part of a Big Four as Partner in charge of the Real Estate legal area.
