I am dual-qualified as an English Solicitor and a Guernsey Advocate, with extensive experience in private client practice spanning both contentious and non-contentious matters.
My expertise encompasses a broad range of trust and estate work, including the establishment of trusts, foundations, and private trust companies, as well as the preparation of wills, estate planning, and estate administration. I regularly advise trustees, protectors, and beneficiaries on a wide variety of issues.
In addition, my practice extends beyond traditional private client work, and I am regularly engaged in corporate finance transactions involving trusts and trustees.
Alongside my non-contentious work, I have significant experience in court applications, including momentous decision applications, trustee removal proceedings, the removal of protectors, and applications concerning the construction of wills.
