I am a Partner in the Lifestyle & Estate Planning team. I advise clients on a broad range of matters including the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, estate planning, the creation and administration of trusts, obtaining probate and the administration of estates. I also advise vulnerable clients (or their families or legal representatives) in respect of their financial affairs and planning, mental capacity and care issues, health and welfare matters and applications to the Court of Protection. Court applications that I have dealt with include applications for Deputy Orders, statutory Wills, gifting by an attorney or deputy, the removal of an attorney or deputy, seeking judgment in respect of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards and orders for sale in respect of property.
