Paul has extensive experience in portfolio development and strategies, landscape analyses, reexaminations, intellectual property due diligence, expert opinions, post-grant procedures, litigation support, and technology transfers. His practice focuses on medical device and semiconductor technologies. In medical devices, he has particular experience in renal neuromodulation; neurovascular aneurysms; spinal cord stimulation; stents, grafts, valves, thrombectomy and embolic treatments; diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasound; spinal stabilization and disc replacement; accommodating intraocular lenses; and aesthetic treatments. In 2015 and 2016, he was involved in acquisitions of emerging medical device companies totaling over $600,000,000.
