Practice Areas
Paul Ravetto, founder of the firm Ravetto Associés, has completely and exclusively dedicated his practice to the field of energy (electricity, gas, and heating).
He focuses on cases involving the implementation of national and European Community provisions relating to the liberalization of the electricity and gas markets. In particular, he advises producers, providers, and industrial Sponsors in their energy purchasing and sales contracts, as well as in matters of network access. Although his practice is principally focused on counsel, he also performs litigation (litigation before the administrative and commercial courts, and dispute resolution before the Standing Committee for Disputes and Sanctions of the French Energy Regulation Commission - CORDIS/CRE).
Paul Ravetto is also particularly involved in the legal, regulatory (permitting), and contractual aspects of the renewable energy (hydroelectric, photovoltaic, biomass, and wind) and cogeneration industries, where he provides counsel on project acquisition and development.
