• Legal and regulatory aspects, whether upstream (lobbying/monitoring) or downstream (interpretation) of European and domestic regulations (e.g. on production, supply, transmission, public CRE tenders, self-consumption, energy performance).
• Pre-litigation or litigation, before the Energy regulatory commission (“CRE”), its dispute body (“CoRDiS”), or civil/commercial/administrative courts.

• New mobility: advising investors or public bodies in the development of electric/hydrogen mobility projects.
• Decarbonation process of industrial consumers: substitution of fossil products with renewable electricity and hydrogen (regulatory aspects, contracts); analysis of CO2 allowance’ obligations (ETS-1/ETS-2).
• Assistance in the setting up new energy activities: identification of applicable legal framework, obtention of required licenses, communication with public authorities.
