Career
Paul Davis litigates class actions and complex commercial cases. He has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, British Columbia, in domestic and international arbitrations, and before various tribunals. In his class actions practice, Paul represents both plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving product liability, copyright, employment, securities, franchises, consumer transactions, privacy, and institutional abuse.
Paul has been recognized by Chambers Canada, Best Lawyers Canada, and The Legal 500 Canada. He is currently a director of the Osgoode Society for Canadian Legal History and has been an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School. Paul is a member of Paliare Roland’s executive committee. Prior to joining the firm, Paul practiced at a national law firm and clerked at the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
