Don Eady is an experienced labour lawyer who has made significant contributions to labour law in Canada. As union-side counsel, he has considerable expertise in collective bargaining, labour board matters, grievance and interest arbitrations and strike-related legal matters. Don has appeared before numerous administrative tribunals and all levels of courts in Ontario, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Don was counsel to the Ontario Public Service Employees Union in the Walkerton Inquiry.
As a former Special Assistant to the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Don was involved in the development of important labour legislation.
