Paul D Selver

Paul is a counsel based in our New York office. Paul counsels both private- and public-sector clients in all aspects of land use and development law, with a special emphasis on zoning, environmental and historic preservation regulation. Paul’s work encompasses matters involving the public and environmental review of complex and large-scale projects, zoning interpretations critical to project approval, landmarks designations and entitlements, and transfers of development rights. He also oversees land use and environmental due diligence and has served as special counsel in litigations defending challenges to land use-related permits and approvals.
