He also advises UCITS management companies, AIFMs, EuVECA managers, depositaries and administrators on legal and regulatory aspects and investors on their due diligence of Luxembourg funds. Mr. Goebel’s prior experience includes serving as head of fund engineering within prime fund solutions at Banque Générale du Luxembourg SA (now BNP Paribas Securities Services).
