Founding partner at Kavanagh Gorozpe, Patricio is a transactional law expert who earned his degree by graduating from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, followed by an LL.M. in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C.

Exemplifying the best traits of his generation, he is spearheading a transformation in the Corporate/M&A and Real Estate practices, focusing on joint ventures, foreign investments, corporate controversies, corporate restructuring, and other business transactions. He has ample understanding of the full lifecycle of Real Estate law, managing operations in commercial, industrial, residential, and mixed-use projects. By raising the level of the client experience, beyond just extraordinary results, and by investing himself as true business partner in every matter he works on.

This uncompromising view on the quality of his legal work and on the importance of an exemplary client experience led Patricio to first found GOH in 2015, later merging into Kavanagh Gorozpe in 2018, setting the principles to further cultivate this quality driven mindset in his team — to deliver a uniquely client-centric approach through a results-oriented perspective. Not satisfied with excelling in the traditional, Patricio is already changing Corporate/M&A and Real Estate law service paradigms.
