Paul Kavanagh, founding partner at Kavanagh Gorozpe, is a tax lawyer wunderkind, graduating with honorable mention and academic excellence, from Mexico City’s Universidad Iberoamericana, that followed up with a master’s degree in finance magna cum laude, from the Universidad Anáhuac del Norte. Paul’s unique vision has allowed him to innovate, improving on existing services, which led to founding Kavanagh & Asesores in 2012, later merging into Kavanagh Gorozpe, in 2018, to offer an unmatched service experience.

Paul has extensive experience in tax planning and consulting, both in national and international matters, as well as in corporate, contractual, financial, and regulatory matters; his practice has focused mainly on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, real estate transactions, investment structuring, and estate planning. He’s been co-founder and member of the board of directors of several companies, relating to financial products, technology, advertising, human resources, and philanthropic projects, providing legal preparedness with a unique business perspective.

Known for accepting challenging matters other firms disregarded or simply were unable to conclude due to their complexity, Paul continues to exhibit deep, up-to-date understanding of the Mexican corporate, tax and litigious legal landscape and how best to leverage its intricacies for the benefit of his clients.
