Legal professional with over 15 years of experience specializing in Intellectual Property, New Technologies, and Data Protection, particularly within the gaming and gambling sector. Expertise includes advising multinational and national clients on regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and complex legal issues, especially in Spain and in the context of international strategies. She collaborates closely with other legal areas that significantly impact the business, such as tax and corporate law.

With significant experience in obtaining online gambling licenses and advising on technical and e-commerce compliance, she is a partner at LOYRA Abogados, where she leads the firm’s gaming and technology practice. Additionally, she serves as a professor at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and Escuela de Práctica Jurídica de la UCM. A regular speaker at major international conferences, she participates in events such as ICE and SBC, as well as local conferences around the globe, including the European Gaming Congress, Expojoc, and IMGL conferences. Over the last 12 months LOYRA has continued to advise on most major regulatory efforts and transactions in the gaming industry (both domestic and cross border).
