Pascal Wilhelm founded Wilhelm & Associés in 1995. He is recognized as a reference in communications law (audiovisual, advertising, intellectual property), competition law and business law (corporate, financial and stock market law). In addition to his work as a lawyer, he is involved in various teaching and research activities. Since 2006, he has taught communications law at Paris Dauphine University. In 2014, he participated in the creation of a “Audiovisual & Digital” chair at Panthéon Assas University.
Since January 2015, he has also been lecturing at the Sciences Po Paris law school on the interaction between competition law and the ordinary law of obligations. A regular contributor to the specialized press, Pascal Wilhelm is the author of numerous articles on communications, competition and regulatory law. He has also contributed to the Mélanges in honor of Professor Louis Vogel (published on October 21, 2024). He is a member of several professional associations (AFEC, IBA, APDC etc.).
