Practice Areas
Marie-Anne Renaux has been a partner at Wilhelm & Associés since its creation. She established the urban planning law department and, to complement the firm's specialization in the retail sector, she focused her practice on commercial facilities and development.
The large number of projects she has worked on in this field, for major retailers and developers, has given her in-depth knowledge and a strong reputation in this sector. She now oversees numerous complex development projects, from the design phase through to the modification of urban planning documents and litigation.
She is very actively involved in the firm's editorial activities. She is the author of articles on commercial development for the journal Construction-Urbanisme, published by Lexis Nexis (Jurisclasseur), and since 2017 has been publishing a monthly newsletter on legislative and regulatory developments in the field of development and urban planning.
Marie-Anne Renaux is cited each year by the journal Décideurs juridiques for her excellence in commercial development and urban planning. She is also listed in the Chambers and Legal 500 rankings.
