Paolo Ludovici

Paolo Ludovici provides advice on all areas of tax law. His expertise includes tax planning for high net-worth individuals with particular reference to estate and succession planning, transfer of businesses, lifetime transfers, asset and corporate governance.

He renders assistance to clients in relation to trusts and foundations as as well as charities and other non-profit entities. His expertise includes domestic and international corporate reorganizations, M&A and structured finance transactions.

Paolo has been a partner of GPBL since January 2021, following the merger with L&P – Ludovici Piccone & Partners, a firm he founded in 2014. Previously, he worked for 23 years at Maisto e Associati, becoming a partner in 2000. He advises on all areas of tax law.

He is a member of the Tax and Legal Committee of Italian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (AIFI) as well as of the Legal Committee of the Italian Private Banking Association (AIPB). He is full member STEP Italy.

He is admitted to the Italian Chartered Accountant Association in Milan.

He regularly writes for leading tax reviews and magazines. He often speaks at tax conferences and lectures in post-graduate specialization courses.

Paolo graduated Cum Laude in Business Administration at Bocconi University.
