An experienced negotiator and litigator, Pamela manages and resolves high value, complex and multi-party disputes. She provides advice and guidance at all stages of a dispute – be that during the initial phase when a client is conducting preliminary investigations for an anticipated dispute or up to and including resolution via mediation, trial, adjudication or arbitration.

She adopts a commercial and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution and regularly leads negotiations conducted in person and/or remotely and via mediation.

She has conducted cases heard in the High Court, Technology and Construction Court and the Business and Property Court. She is also experienced in dealing with disputes referred to adjudication and arbitration.

Pamela sits on the ILG Professional Liability Committee, which comprises members from across the globe. They produce articles and provide guidance on relevant issues across multiple jurisdictions.

Pamela has a leading role in the firm’s multi-disciplined team of experts who deal with all aspects of claims against Directors and Officers or business entities. She project manages such claims, acting a key point of contact when input is often required in a number of areas such a regulatory, insolvency, ESG and cyber security. She also acts as monitoring counsel for insurers on claims where individuals and /or entities require separate legal representation.

Pamela is also instructed to provide advice on policy coverage across several classes of business including professional indemnity insurance, Directors and Officers/ Management liability insurance, Business Interruption Insurance, Contractors All Risk insurance and EL and PL insurances.

She regularly produces articles relevant to professional indemnity and policy coverage and provides training to clients and industry bodies.

Pamela is ranked as “Up and Coming” in Chambers and Partners 2025 and as a “Next Generation Partner” in Legal 500 2025, with a client testimonial in the latter referring to her as the “cream of the crop”.
