Pamela has extensive experience in all aspects of residential and commercial property work, with significant expertise in property development, investment acquisitions and sales, agreements for lease, leasing and lease management, corporate support, banking and development finance and insolvency.

She has sat on the board as non-executive director of a number of property companies with substantial UK commercial property assets.

Career

Pamela joined Collas Crill in October 2017, having previously worked at offshore law firm Mourant Ozannes and leading UK law firm Pinsent Masons for a number of years.

Pamela studied law at the University of Glasgow and qualified as a Solicitor in Scotland in 2003 and is a Scottish Notary Public (registered with the Foreign & Commonwealth Office).

She was appointed Jersey Managing Partner in March 2023.
